Returns
We only accept returns for:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Wrong item received
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us on the same day of delivery with valid proof.
Proof Required
Customers must provide:
- Clear photos or videos of the product
- Unboxing video preferred
- Evidence must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
Without proper proof, we may not be able to process the return or refund request.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved:
- A full refund will be issued
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account or UPI details for refund processing.
Free Returns
We offer free return shipping for approved damaged or defective product cases.
Customers do not need to pay any return shipping charges for eligible returns.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect order placed by customer
- Minor packaging damage
- Products reported after 24 hours of delivery
- Used or intentionally damaged products
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across eligible locations in India.
COD orders are also covered under this Return & Refund Policy for eligible damaged or defective product cases.
